Making this website easier to use
Last updated: October 2026
Containedaimed Walk-In Tubs wants people to use containedaimed.living with ease. That includes older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach to website access. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
The Standard We Work Toward
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, known as WCAG 2.1.
How We Approach Page Design
Our accessibility efforts include:
- Giving pages clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Providing text descriptions for images that convey information
- Using readable text sizes and strong color contrast
- Supporting keyboard use on every page
- Arranging content for phones, tablets and desktop screens
- Choosing plain words and simple sentences
- Giving form fields clear labels and keeping forms short
These efforts apply to how people read pages, move through the site and send a request.
Areas That May Need Work
Some parts of the website may not yet meet these guidelines. We may have only partial control over embedded tools and other content from third parties. We check the site regularly and address problems when we find them.
Help Through Another Route
You can still seek help if a website feature is difficult to use. Request a callback to speak with a local provider. You can also email contact@containedaimed.living, and we will assist as we can. A relative or caregiver may contact us on your behalf.
Tell Us About Access Problems
Send feedback to contact@containedaimed.living. Please describe:
- The page or feature you had difficulty using
- What happened and what you expected
- Your browser, device and assistive software, if you can provide those details
We will review your feedback. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Continuing Site Improvements
Accessibility work continues as the site changes. We will keep improving access when we update the website.
